Do you recognise yourself here?
You know what you want to do, but you can't seem to do it.
You keep ending up in the same situations - different people, same dynamic.
You feel anxious, flat, or disconnected, even when life "looks fine" on the outside.
You're exhausted from trying to manage other people's emotions or living up to impossible standards.
You have all the ideas and possibilities, but you're paralysed when it comes to actually moving forward.
You're holding so much in - emotions you can't access, needs you've learned aren't safe to have.
If any of this sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
It’s time to break free of your limiting beliefs.
I work with people who are stuck - not because they don't know what's wrong, but because the patterns keeping them there run deeper than conscious awareness.
These patterns once made perfect sense. They protected you when you needed protection. But now they're running the show, and you're ready for something different.
Common patterns I work with:
In relationships
1
You're anxiously trying to get your partner to show up in a specific way, or you're avoiding your authentic expression because you're afraid of how they'll respond. Either way, you're unable to meet the reality of who they are or who you are - and it's keeping you trapped in cycles of resentment, disconnection, or exhaustion.
With yourself
2
You've learned that certain parts of you aren't allowed - your anger, your needs, your vulnerability, your ambition. So you've suppressed them. But they don't disappear. They show up as anxiety, numbness, self-sabotage, or that sense of being disconnected from yourself.
In your life
3
You feel lonely, depressed, socially anxious or disconnected - you might not know how life ended up like this - you want things to be different but, no matter how hard you try, you can’t seem to make a change. So you stay frozen, numb or cut off from your life.
Making decisions
4
You can see all the patterns and possibilities (maybe because you learned early to be hyper-attuned to your environment), but you can't commit or take action. You're stuck in a world of endless possibilities - open to everything, but can’t make a decision.
Letting go
5
You’ve lost a loved one, are struggling to move on from a relationship, or just can’t stop wishing that things turned out differently. You know it’s time to move on but you don’t seem to be able to let things go - even when you know it’s no longer helping you.
Here’s what it looks like.
-
Talking it through
We use story and narrative to locate what's been suppressed - the emotions, needs, or truths that got pushed down because they weren't safe.
-
Build it.
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
-
Grow it.

Frequently Asked Questions

-
You don’t need to be in crisis or have everything figured out. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or caught in patterns they don’t fully understand. If something in your inner world or life feels difficult to live with, therapy can help.
-
Integration Psychotherapy draws on a range of psychological approaches rather than a single model. This allows the work to be tailored to you, supporting the integration of thoughts, emotions, bodily experience, behaviours, and relational patterns into a more coherent whole.
-
This approach is well suited to anxiety, low mood, self-sabotage, compulsive behaviours, relationship difficulties, and questions of meaning or direction. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we explore the deeper patterns that shape your experience.
-
Sessions are collaborative and we go at your own pace. We may explore what’s happening in your life now, recurring patterns, emotional responses, or your felt experience in the moment. There’s no pressure to perform or to talk about anything before you’re ready.
-
This is very common. Integration psychotherapy understands resistance as meaningful and often protective, not something to push through. We work with these inner tensions carefully and respectfully to understand their lessons fully before we progress.
-
It can be either. Some people come for focused work around a specific issue, while others choose to work more deeply over time. We regularly review the pace and direction together.
-
Healing isn’t about fixing or eliminating parts of yourself. It’s a process of integration - making space for the full range of who you are, so you can move through life with more ease, clarity, and self-acceptance.
-
Sessions are £60. I’m aware that cost can be a barrier, so I hold a small number of reduced-price spaces where possible and can also recommend trainee facilitators working in the same integrative approach. You’re welcome to raise this during an initial conversation.
