To lead, you must be clear on the direction you’re heading. We are living through uncertain times of fake news, misinformation, propaganda and crumbling narratives. Bombarded with such contradictory and misleading information, the only guidance any of us can truly trust and rely on is that of our own heart. When we’ve done the deep work to turn inwards - to understand who we are and what we stand for, this knowledge will be the guiding light that charts our course and leads the way.
