Find Support on the Journey Back to Your True Self.
Integration Psychotherapy, Healing and Support Services
Welcome to Embrace Everything. I’m James Garside - a psychotherapist, workshop facilitator and men’s group leader based in Kettering, Northants, and I also work online over Zoom.
If you’re living with anxiety, low mood, confusion, or patterns that keep pulling you off course, therapy can offer a space to pause and listen more deeply. You may be feeling:
Pulled by urges or behaviours you can’t seem to interrupt
Held back by invisible limits, fears, or beliefs
Anxious, flat, or disconnected - even when life “looks fine”
Confused about your next steps, purpose, or sense of self
Using tools from a breadth of psychological disciplines, therapeutic techniques and somatic practices, our sessions will help you understand how these patterns once made sense - and find ways to release them so that they no longer run the show.
Do you feel stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand?
Together, we will work to:
Gently interrupt compulsive and self-defeating patterns
Bring awareness to the inner parts that protect, resist, or shut down
Build capacity to stay present with difficult emotions
Support more aligned, intentional ways of living
Healing is really a process of finding more peace and acceptance for who we fully are, so we can begin to move with more ease in the world.
If you’re ready to take that next step on the journey back to your true self, get in touch to book an initial consultation.
You don’t need to have the answers to begin.
Frequently Asked Questions

-
You don’t need to be in crisis or have everything figured out. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or caught in patterns they don’t fully understand. If something in your inner world or life feels difficult to live with, therapy can help.
-
Integration Psychotherapy draws on a range of psychological approaches rather than a single model. This allows the work to be tailored to you, supporting the integration of thoughts, emotions, bodily experience, behaviours, and relational patterns into a more coherent whole.
-
This approach is well suited to anxiety, low mood, self-sabotage, compulsive behaviours, relationship difficulties, and questions of meaning or direction. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we explore the deeper patterns that shape your experience.
-
Sessions are collaborative and we go at your own pace. We may explore what’s happening in your life now, recurring patterns, emotional responses, or your felt experience in the moment. There’s no pressure to perform or to talk about anything before you’re ready.
-
This is very common. Integration psychotherapy understands resistance as meaningful and often protective, not something to push through. We work with these inner tensions carefully and respectfully to understand their lessons fully before we progress.
-
It can be either. Some people come for focused work around a specific issue, while others choose to work more deeply over time. We regularly review the pace and direction together.
-
Healing isn’t about fixing or eliminating parts of yourself. It’s a process of integration - making space for the full range of who you are, so you can move through life with more ease, clarity, and self-acceptance.
-
Sessions are £60. I’m aware that cost can be a barrier, so I hold a small number of reduced-price spaces where possible and can also recommend trainee facilitators working in the same integrative approach. You’re welcome to raise this during an initial conversation.
